The cattle feedlot industry hasĀ  a value of production of approximately AU$2.5 billion and employs some 28,500 people directly and indirectly (Australian Lot Feeders’ Association 2015)
There are around 450 accredited feedlots throughout Australia with the majority located in areas that are in close approximately 60% followed by New South Wales with 30%, Victoria with 7% and the remainder shared between South Australia and Western Australia.
Two thirds of Australia’s beef production is exported to over 100 international markets. Australia’s hard-won reputation as a supplier of ‘clean, green, disease free’ beef backed up by strong industry systems and brands is a strong selling point in the highly competitive markets in which we operate (Future Beef)

In the last 10 years, the consumption of avocados in Australia has tripled. Australia produced just over 87,546 tonnes of avocados in 2019/20. The gross value of production (GVP) for Australian avocados was estimated at $493,000,000 Australian dollars. Australia produced just over 87,546 tonnes of avocados in 2019/20, which was 2% more than the previous year.

The gross value of production (GVP) for Australian avocados was estimated at $493 million. Queensland continues to produce the majority of Australian avocados, with 49% of production.

The Opportunity

A one-of-a-kind investment opportunity to co-own 65% of a AU$12.5 million avocado farm with an investment capital starting from AU$ 1.5 million.

The existing farm is situated on 125 hectares of land of which 48 hectares has been cultivated with a potential of cultivating 47 hectares more. Currently there are approximately 5,100 trees bearing fruit in which an additional 6,000 trees can be planted. The farm has 7 irrigation dams, cold-rooms, machinery shed, chemical shed, and a 1,262 m2 packing shed. The farm is a scalable business run by 4th generation avocado farming family who continually find success selling their avocados domestically and internationally.
